The Grand Opening Of Chicken Villa

At 2pm, Manager Jacky Edwards and Head Gardener Ruth James cut the ribbon and formally opened Chicken Villa, a proud new dwelling in the grounds of Compton View.

The four new residents rushed in immediately and started exploring, clucking in delight, spreading their wings with joy and possibly planning trips to Ikea for curtains.

The rest of us looked on fondly as the chicks we have raised from eggs, rushed about their new home.

We raised our sherry glasses in a toast to new life, good times and happy days here at Compton View.
