Our Vision at Compton View is to create a community. A family of elderly people living together, abandoning loneliness, isolation, fear and the burden of basic responsibilities, for a vibrant new life full of warmth, comfort and company. We want to provide the best possible care for our residents with assistance. Our staff are part of the family unit and we invest in their training to the highest level to ensure an upskilled, educated and interested workforce, dedicated and fiercely proud of their work with the elderly people in their care. In doing this we will put people and their needs first, listen and support those in our care through honest, transparent and ethical interactions and engage in meaningful partnerships with our stakeholders. 

Our uniqueness lies in the application of specialised medical knowledge and skills, not often found within the residential care setting, to our residents’ care. With two trained nurses on the premises, all our staff benefit from training in clinical skills and spotting early signs of illness or infection and our residents benefit from those extra layers of safety.
